Come enjoy a beautiful day on the Jersey Shore and help raise awareness for Lyme disease by participating in our 5K run/walk fundraising event. Our 3 mile run or walk will be fun for the whole family. Working together we can all make a big impact by raising money for research to fight this debilitating disease. Bring all of your friends and family member, and help us make a difference!

2 EASY STEPS TO GET STARTED NOW:

1) Fill out and BRING WITH YOU TO THE EVENT the Registration Form and Waiver. Checks should be made payable to the Lyme Disease Association ("LDA").

2) Ask your family and friends to sponsor you by using the Sponsor Donation button below. Pledge Forms are also available.

Pledges can be mailed to the address below or turned in on the day of the event. Please be sure to note the Registrant’s name on your Pledge Form.

Directions
From North NJ & NY – Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 11. Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 105 (or Route 18 Exit 13B) to Route 36 East. Follow Route 36 East approximately 6.4miles to Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch. Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch. Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard and proceed approximately .5 miles to Pier Village on the left.

From Western NJ & Philadelphia – Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 7A. Follow Interstate 195 East to Exit 36. Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 105(or Route 18 Exit 13B) to Route 36. Follow Route 36 East approximately 6.4 miles to Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch. Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch. Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard and proceed approximately .5 miles to Pier Village on the left.

Event Requirements

Participants must have signed waiver on file.
All participants age 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
